I am trying to broadcast a video stream/screen-sharing but the platform cannot find my camera/mic
As a team owner, administrator or instructor you can start live video or screen-sharing streams. We can guide you through the broadcasting process in one of our How-To videos, found in the HELP menu.
But before you go on with the broadcasting process, please make sure your camera/microphone are connected, functioning and discoverable by your web browser.
To test whether these devices are functioning properly and found by the web browser, visit https://test.webrtc.org/
- You will be asked for permissions to access your microphone and camera (Screen sharing is possible without a camera device since you only need a microphone)
- Click on the Start button
- Wait for the tests to complete
- A successful completed test should show this:
